Returns & Exchanges
RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
ITEM CONDITION
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or strong odors.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
APPROVAL REQUIRED
All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Bellor reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
How to Initiate a Return
EMAIL SUPPORT
If you prefer, you can email support@onebellor.com with your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and reason for return or exchange.
SHIP YOUR RETURN
Once approved, you will be notified, at which point you can package and ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for general returns and exchanges unless there was an error on our part. Please retain all tracking information for proof of return shipment, as we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return packages.
PROCESSING TIME
Once received, returns are processed within 10 business days, and refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
SIZE AND COLOR EXCHANGE
If you need a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 30 days of purchase.
ITEM AVAILABILITY
Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
EXCHANGE DENIALS
Bellor reserves the right to deny exchanges if items do not meet return policy conditions.
Refunds

Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving and approving the return.
REFUND DESTINATION
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
BANK PROCESSING TIME
Depending on your bank, refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.
SHIPPING FEES
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
UNNACEPTABLE CONDITION OF ITEMS
Items returned in unacceptable condition will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
REPETITIVE RETURNS
Excessive or repeated returns may be refused at Bellor’s discretion.
REFUND DISCLAIMER
Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider. While we process refunds within 10 business days, financial institutions may take additional time to post funds to your account.
Customers will receive an email confirmation once a refund has been processed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE,OR INCORRECT ITEM
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact support@onebellor.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
