WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 4–8 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

We currently ship throughout the United States. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I’VE PLACED IT?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us at support@onebellor.com as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes after checkout, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I’VE PLACED IT?
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet shipped. Contact support@onebellor.com right away to request a cancellation.
Returns & Exchanges
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. Returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Read our full Refund & Return Policy for details.
CAN I SEND BACK AN ORDER A SECOND TIME FOR ANOTHER EXCHANGE?
We allow one exchange per order. Multiple exchanges are not permitted. If you are unsure about your replacement item, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.
WHAT IF MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE?
If the size you want is out of stock, you may choose to wait for a restock or request a refund. Exchanges are only processed if the desired item is in stock.
Order Issues
I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT — WHAT DO I DO?
We’re sorry about that! Contact us at support@onebellor.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Please email support@onebellor.com with your order number and the missing item details. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
