RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

ITEM CONDITION

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, deodorant or makeup residue, pet hair, damage, alteration, or strong odors (e.g., fragrance, smoke, or sweat).

Gift cards, custom items, and final sale products are not eligible for return or exchange.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

All items marked Final Sale or Clearance are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

APPROVAL REQUIRED

All returns and exchanges are subject to approval. Bellor reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.

Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

EMAIL SUPPORT

Contact team@onebellor.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return or exchange.

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

SHIP YOUR RETURN

Once approved, please ship your item within 14 days of authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for general returns or exchanges unless the return is due to a Bellor error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Please retain tracking information—Bellor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.

PROCESSING TIME

Returns are processed within 10 business days from the date your package is delivered to our facility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return has been inspected and approved.

Exchanges

SIZE AND COLOR EXCHANGE

If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery (subject to availability).

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with this policy.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

All exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your request is processed.

EXCHANGE DENIALS

Bellor reserves the right to deny exchanges that do not meet the return eligibility conditions outlined above.

Refunds

REFUND TIMELINE

Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving and approving your return.

Your financial institution may require additional time to post funds to your account.

REFUND DESTINATION

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. If your card has expired or been replaced, store credit may be issued.

SHIPPING FEES

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

UNACCEPTABLE CONDITION OF ITEMS

Returns that do not meet policy requirements may be denied or returned to the customer at their expense.

REPETITIVE RETURNS

Bellor reserves the right to refuse service or limit returns for customers demonstrating a pattern of excessive or repetitive returns.

REFUND DISCLAIMER

Refund timelines may vary based on your payment provider. Bellor processes refunds promptly, but we cannot control external bank or card network delays.

Customers will receive an email confirmation once a refund has been completed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE,OR INCORRECT ITEM

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact team@onebellor.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

Bellor will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund at no charge.

Shipping Costs & Return Fees

U.S. RETURNS

Returns for defective or incorrect items are free.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns and exchanges.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

Bellor is not liable for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Please ship with a trackable carrier and retain proof of postage.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Packages returned as undeliverable or refused by the customer will be treated as a standard return, with applicable shipping and restocking fees deducted from the refund.

BUNDLES OR PROMOTIONS

If part of a bundle or promotion is returned, any discount or free gift will be recalculated. Items marked as gifts with purchase must be returned or their value deducted from the refund.
